He answered our many questions, gave us good insights, and really made sure to suggest properties that worked for us. This is the 3rd house we have bought and our first in Alaska. This has been the best experience we have had. We did 75% of the process while still living in Kansas. From the start Danny was amazing. He listened to our needs or wants and was great on educating us about Alaskan homes. He videoed and FaceTime us through multiple homed. He always gave it to us straight and had our full trust. Once we found the one we loved, he really fought to get us the best deal. He helped negotiate the back and forth and repairs. After 11 days on the road, we pulled into Fairbanks to sign for our home. As much as we are excited about the new house and journey of our life, we are equally excited about the new friendship with Danny and his family. Danny is Awesome! He committed his time and efforts to us for several months until we found the perfect home for our family. Moving to Alaska can be a challenge. In a number of areas Alaska real estate has unique advantages and problems that need to be navigated. Danny was a great resource here, knowledgeable, very responsive, and helped us avoid a number of mistakes. Hiring the right realtor in extremely important - If you're interviewing realtors you really owe it to yourself to at least talk to Danny and get his perspective.
